I got the Muscle Milk Light in a timely manner, at a great price, and in perfect condition! I used this product before and love many of the flavors. The Banana Creme tastes too good to be good for you!

I’m not in building huge muscles, but rather to eat healthy and have some lean muscle. Muscle Milk Light is perfect for an afternoon or an evening snack. And ‘low in carbohydrates, vitamins and high energy. Calories are too low. Sure it’s meant for use before going to the gym, which occasionally do, but I think the real secret to successful dieting is muscle milk throw out all your junk food and who has a muscle that every time milk would have been snacking instead.

Lighter and lower in calories than the original, yet still provides much needed protein. Assumes great, and is a great product. My only complaint about this product is that it ‘s half the size of the original, for almost the same price as the original.
