Excellent Product Lowered Cholesterol
Despite being a slim vegetarian who exercises regularly, my cholesterol was too high. I did not want to take statins because of the possible side effects. On my naturopathic physician's recommendation, and at the dosage she recommended, I started Thorne Research's CHOLEAST. It works! The reduction was quite dramatic, but because it is so potent and effective, this is a product that should be taken only under the supervision of a trained naturopathic physician. It has been used in the Orient for many years.

The cure can be worse than the disease
My doctor suggested I take Choleast brand to lower my cholesterol. It had amazing results. My total number went down 70 points in under 3 months. Unfortunately I had to discontinue use of it because I finally realized that the terrible lower back pain I was experiencing was connected it to the red yeast rice. Beware that it acts as a statin and therefore carries with it the same side effects that you may experience from statins, which include muscle pain. For me the pain was so bad that I ended up at a pain center for evaluation. I may be the rare individual who experiences side effects, but be on the lookout for any new pain issues when you start taking this.

It works for me!
I am 60 yr old man whose total cholesterol and LDL has been inching up each year. In December '09 it was 206 and LDL 134. My chiropractor/kinesiologist put me on Choleast the beginning of June. I've taken one a day (600mg of red rice yeast) and in two months my total went down to 192 and LDL to 112. And my HDL rose from 58 to 66. My triglycerides went down from 71 to 68. My doc said I could keep taking Choleast. He said it has worked for some of his other patients. I could tell he was pleased with the results as he read them over the phone to me. I also take one capsule of Omega 3 and flush-free Niacinamide. I have no side effects from Choleast.

Great product. Been using it quite successfully for years. Shipping was another problem. Even though it was in stock, it took over a week and a half before they put it in the mail. All in all, about 3 weeks from order to receipt. You have to pay for the really expensive shipping option.

I am 43 yeas old female , recently I discovered that I have very high cholesterol my doctor put me on Crestor for 1 month It did not worked miracles for me but after using this product for 3 month I was very surprised to see my blood work, not even my total cholesterol went down but my good cholesterol mooved up in 3 point!!!

Too many additives!
This prodcuct is great, but they have added a lot of additives to it. Like Colourings, flavor, yeast and so forth. They have to come up with a purer version of this. You don't need all these junk in your system! I wish they would change their formula. My hair has stopped falling, but I don't know it might just be a coincidence

Hopeful For Expeditious Hair Growth
I began using this product (Phyto Phytophanere) July 1, 2010, as of this writing, it has only been 28 days. My hair is currently corn rolled but there is more new growth than normal. I would definitely love to follow up with you in 3 to 6 months to share with you. I am hopeful and looking forward to wonderful results.

Longer, thicker hair
Wonderful stuff! My hair and nails, originally both very fine and "weak", are now thick and strong. I LOVE the rate at which my hair i growing! I am about 2/3 through the bottle and everyone is noticing my longer hair! I'm nervous that once I finish the bottle my hair will become really fine again. I guess we'll see!

Just what I was looking for!!
Im an african mid-20s...Ive never had any problem growing my hair (past my collar bone) but it became thin at the ends and my stylist gave me a bob (so sad!). my hair was only as long as the hairline on the back of my neck when i started taking phyto supplements. Within 5-6 weeks my hair has grown so much it now covers the back of my neck completely..over an 1.5 inches of growth AFTER it was trimmed. Plus, my hair is thicker and naturally shinier after each retouch, and my nails are stronger too. One side note, I do shave my legs and armpits more now too..but its totally worth it! Worth every penny again and again!

disappointing
They change the ingredients in the product! They add food coloring like YELLOW 6 E110 FD&C RED 40 E129, FDC BLUE 1 E133 and other things. They want to encourage hair growth, but can not use more natural ingredients?

Seeing results
I started taking these on July 1, so it's only been a little over 2 weeks and already i've seen growth. Even my boyfriend has noticed. My hair was juuust at the base of my neck, (i cut it pixie short last sept and have been growing it back out agian since), and now its prob about 1/2 of an inch longer...subtle but i've noticed :-)

I had done a lot of research online to find vitamins that would encourage hair growth and the reviews from this product is what made me want to try it. Although i was skeptical at first, i was hoping to see results but didn't expect to notice anything so soon. I have told all my friends about the vitamins and although its a kind of annoying to take so many pills a day in addition to my multi-vitamin, seeing results makes it worth it.

I take one Step 1 pill with two Step 2 pills every morning around 8 when i have my breakfast. Then i take two more Step 2 pills around 2pm, followed by one Step 1 and two Step 2 pills at 8 in the evening...i try to divide it evenly so it stays in my system consistantly.

I will have to re-order another month supply of pills by next week so they will be by the time i finish this months bottles. Take it from someone who's idea of a "review" on Amazon is just stating whether i recieved the product by the date stated. I wanted to share my experience so far for those people who were like me and unsure as to whether they should try it out.

I will come back and give another update in about a month...I cant wait to have my hair looooong again like it used to be before i chopped off 10 inches.

Insanely Awesome! I have had the same hair length for YEARS, something that most people find unbelievable. I couldn't get my hair to grow past my shoulders, I took biotin (which was useless), used shampoos and conditioners that were supposed to help stimulate hair growth, you name it, I've tried it...nothing ever worked for me. After reading the reviews on this product I decided to try it and I have been amazed at the results. My nails are growing insanely fast and strong- I've had to trim them at least 2x a week and my hair is noticeably thicker AND LONGER! Most hair products I've used only helped thicken my hair, but this is the 1st time I've used something that GROWS my hair. If you have difficulties getting your hair to grow past a certain length I highly recommended this product- I know it's expensive and it's a lot of pills to take in a day, but even after using this for only a month, the results have been definitely worth it.

Recommend if you are serious about faster hair growth
I have used this product on and off for the last 2-years. I have notice that my hair grows faster when using this. Side effects is a warm sensation that dissipates not long after digestion.

Pros: This product does deliver on its' promise, you're hair will grow faster.
The price is not bad for what you get ; a product that actually works

Cons: The number of pills you have to take can be time a nuisance .
The process of taking the pills can be time consuming. i.e. For step One: Take 1 tablet in the morning and afternoon/ evening with a meal or snack. .. For step two: Take on an empty stomach - which mean you have to plan ahead of time when you are going to eat, typically an hour before you eat.

Overall I would recommend hair formula 37 (step 1&2) for those who are serious. I just recently bought hair formula shampoo and conditioner because it was on sale. I have not noticed a difference when using the shampoo and conditioner.

I give this a 4/5 because of the process of taking the pills. Hope this was helpful to someone... Tanks for reading.

So far so good.
I have only been using this product for 1 month now. I am a multiracial female so there are not a lot of great products I have found out there for myself. So I gave this a try, my hair had started to really fall out( I mean chunks at at time). I didnt see results until about 2 weeks into taking the vitamins. After using this for a month my hair has really improved, not more falling out everytime I touch it! Which is great. I don't know if it has grown any because I have not straighten it out yet because I used to do that alot, and it really damaged my hair. But so far so good!

I have been using HF37 a little over 2 weeks now,
I am a black woman with very short( natural) hair.
My hair was so short that it couldn't even be braided into cornrows. I could honestly say that my hair has grown more than an inch since using this product and is braided into cornrows at this very moment.
I didn't want to buy this product at first because I thought it was only for caucasian hairtypes (which usually grows faster than african american hairtypes)
But I decided to give it a try anyway's.
I am extremely happy with the results I have already, can't wait to see what wonders HF37 could do to my hair after a couple of months. I will definitly buy again to make sure I NEVER run out.

Some flavors are great; some not so much...
I have tried most every high protein low-carb bar out there, and had pretty much decided Space Food Sticks had not advanced much in three decades--the plastic texture and nonexistent flavor made them a last resort choice--when you just can't get real food.

Protein bars have improved greatly recently--the Atkins line is much much better than before--the chocolate peanut nougat (like a Snickers, kinda) and double chocolate crunch are excellent. The fudge brownie--not so much--it has an unpleasant dry, yet gummy texture that is too reminiscent of the bad old-style protein bars. The double chocolate crunch has a nice dark chocolate cake taste and a "crunch" like crushed rice krispies. The peanut nougat bar is the best, although not exactly a Snickers--none of these are as sweet as a candy bar, but with the high protein/low net carb, they are considerably more satisfying and you won't get a crash/rebound hunger afterwards.

There is a slightly bitter quality to these, which I rather enjoyed, but which you won't find in a candy bar.These go well with a nice cup of dark roast coffee.

Tasty Bars
The bars were fresh and the price better than most stores unless they happen to be on sale.

Improvement over the Atkins bars of the past
Atkins bars are the only thing that keeps me faithful to the diet. I have a big sweet tooth, especially when it comes to chocolate. This is a good variety pack for chocolate lovers. Sure, it's not a Milky Way, but these bars have just enough sweetness and chocolate flavor that after eating one I no longer crave a chocolate bar. My favorite in this bunch is the Caramel Double Chocolate Crunch Bars.

If you also crave baked goods, try the Atkins Day Break Bars, Cinnamon Bun, 5 - 1.4-Ounce Bars (Pack of 3). They're great for breakfast on the go, especially chilled.

I like the subscribe and save feature too so my pantry stays stocked with these bars.

If you've tried Atkins products in years past, you might be pleasantly surprised at how they've been improved. I'm not sure what they're doing differently, but it's been three years since I've bought these bars, and they're definitely better now.

Atkins Advantage Caramel bars are just the sweet I need to fill my cravings. with this package there is variety! they don't have any bad after taste.

Curdled!
I am so disappointed. I ordered a box of slim fast from Amazon and the can have curdled milk inside. I know that it is summer and that it is hot outside, but there has to be some kind of cooling system for products like these! I am sooooo disappointed, Amazon.

Best of the Low Carb Drinks - Highly Recommended
Being a Type 2 diabetic and somewhat overweight, I have tried almost every low carb bar and diet shake that I could find. The Slim-Fast Low-Carb Vanilla Cream shakes are very good and are my favorite of the lot. I do like the chocholate Slim-Fast flavors better, but these are nice for variety. I have lost over 70lbs by cutting my carbs and starting a workout program (which has also helped my blood sugar levels).

These shakes do fill me up for a long time and taste good enough that my kids ask for them for breakfast. We also like the Atkins Ready To Drink Shake, Milk Chocolate Delight, 11-Ounce Aseptic Containers (Pack of 12), but the Slim-Fast is a bit more filling.

I love these vanilla shakes. I have tried numerous types of shakes over the years and this is the first one where I really liked the taste. Breakfast is an important meal but i don't like to get up early enough to make anything. These shakes allow me to at least put something into my body first thing in the morning.

Even my Man drinks it!
We can't get a better price on this product with Prime, Ship and Save and having it come to us directly so that we don't have to drag it from the store, it is a winner. I am not as fond of the vanilla as my honey, but he likes it and I use it to mix with fruit or yogurt, etc.. to make protein shakes.

Arrived curdled!
I went through the first 3 boxes, and 2 out of 3 were curdled.

Questionable Contents, Not Tasty, and Does Not Dissolve Well
On Youtube a reviewer said Muscle and Monster Milk had some of the highest levels of Monosodium Glutamate, which makes things taste good while killing brain cells. A Consumer Reports article said these same products also contained high amounts of lead. Cytosport countered with a statement to the contrary but the doubt remains. And I will probably look for another product with less controversy. In addition to these concerns, the flavor compared to BSG, Optimum Nutrition's, and even the Muscle Milk version is less palatable with a hint of a medicinal aftertaste. Last, the powder clumps in my shaker bottle even after numerous shakes and takes about an hour to dissolve completely. It does have the lowest cholesterol of all the powders I've tried (and mentioned in this review)

I will be trying other products based on this experience with Monster Milk.

Chocolate is great, Mocha is not
I have to agree with the over-packaging comment, what is the point of putting it in a huge container if it is only 60% full, but aside from that a pretty good product. I love the chocolate flavor and it even motivates me to work out so I can have a good chocolate shake. The taste isn't exactly the same as Muscle Milk, but a little less sweet and a little thicker, both which I like. You can mix it as thin or thick as you want and the flavor is pretty much just as great all the time. I have had quite a few protein shakes, and Muscle milk and Monster milk were the only ones that I actually enjoyed, some others were just tolerable and many were horrible. As great as this is, I didn't like the mocha latte flavor. It also made both my wife and I feel sick, not sure if we have a bad batch, or if its just something that doesn't agree with us. We tried monster food chocolate as well, it is not as good as monster milk, and if you mix it thin it actually tastes bad. I always mix mine in a blender with milk and a few ice cubes, and it always seams to mix very well.

MONSTER MILK... ITS ALIVEEEE!!!!
Muscle Milk is by far the best protein shake available. The taste good, don't mess you up if you're lactose intolerant, and they help with muscle building and recovery. I rarely use them before+after+before sleep. Usually just before and sometimes after and I get good results.

LIGHT is good for losing weight or not gaining any weight for lean muscle. REGULAR is a balance of not gaining much fat and getting a little bigger. MONSTER is my favorite because it is good for building mass. It's mostly higher doses of the protein, but Monster Mass has Amino Acids which help in recovery (most important stage in muscle building). I used to add Glutamine supplement to the end of my workout but now the Monster Mass has it included with other Amino Acids.

I prefer shakes over the bars and Muscle Milk is the one to get. Plus it mixes better than most proteins. Plus the ready to drink are great for when you are in a rush!

Great Product All Around, but Don't Confuse it w/ Muscle Milk
This ia great product, 350 calories w/ 50 grams of high quality milk isolate protein, which combines fast and slow digesting proteins. If you're lactose intolerant, this product will digest just fine even though it is milk isolate.

People are complaining that it doesn't mix as well or taste as good as some other powders but you have to remember that it's a MILK ISOLATE product and, thus, won't mix as easily as whey concentrate and will have a slightly thicker, maybe chalkier texture. BUT it still mixes pretty good and tastes pretty smooth. Again, if you want a whey concentrate, BUY ONE but realize this is not a whey concentrate and will not mix or taste like one.

Also, it is not Muscle Milk, which is in itself a very good product. This product has less fat and higher protein content. Additionally Muscle Milk is primarily a calcium caseinate product and, thus, has a different taste and texture to Monster Milk. Muscle Milk is heavily sweetened product, and Monster Milk is not. Thus, Monster Milk has less sugar but this also means it won't taste quite as delicious as Muscle Milk. It's a trade off folks. If you want a milk shake, buy one. If you want a good tasting protein powder that has plenty of amino acids and a nice blend of fast and slow digesting, high quality proteins, buy Monster Milk.

Finally, flavors. I've tried chocolate, brownie batter, banana cream, and mocha latte. Chocolate tasted very good. Mocha latte tasted pretty good. Brownie Batter took a little while to get used to but now I think tastes very good. Banana....NOT good. LOL It is bland as hell, almost tasteless.

Overall, great product. Just realize it is not Muscle Milk and will not taste like it.

Great bar for the kids!
My kids are teens now, and I was looking for something that would hold them over til dinner, when not at home. These bars do the trick. They take one to school, have it at the end of the day, and are ready for their afternoon - sports, clubs, whatever they have going on.

They love the crunch, salty and sweet. This is their favorite bar so far.

Yummy but price is a bit high
These bars are so good, like candy. The price is a bit high, I find them cheapest at Target. If they are on sale here though I will order.

This bar has a great combination of sweetness (peanut butter), saltiness (pretzels) and crunchiness.

What's more - it sustains you. Loaded with protein and nutrients, you can take a bite of this bar and go scale a mountain afterwards.

Not Disappointed!
We were hooked on Odwalla bars until they reduced the size significantly and also the protein grams. This bar has 10g of protein compared to 5g in the "new" Odwalla bars.

We were not disappointed in the texture and taste of this bar. It is sweet and salty at the same time and goes great with a cup of coffee!

I have tried a lot of different protein powders this one taste as good as any of them out there.

Great product for what you need, tastes just okay
I'm a big fan of Optimum Nutrition. I love their 100% Whey. I buy the Casein for a quick shake before bed. I mix it with a blender because it is much thicker that Whey. Not the greatest taste but not horrible either. Get's the job done.

This is one of the better tasting Protein shakes I have had, and I am not really into chocolate. I have been mixing with water, normal shaker cup and it really tastes great. I like the ON products, very little extra fillers and added sugars.
