My kids are teens now and I was looking for some thing that would hold them over til dinner, when not at home. These bars do the trick. They take one to school, have it at the end of the day, and are ready for their afternoon sports, clubs, whatever they have going on. They adore the crunch, salty and sweet. This is their preferred bar so far.
