Would recommend this to anyone. Taste, ingredients, price and quality are top notch. Great with water or 0%milk. Mixes well with a spoon or shaker cup.

I’ve used this for 5 weeks, 3 times/day with total whey intake approximately 0.7-1 gram per lb of body weight. I could go on and on about this product with technical details, comparative analysis and discussions of the pros and cons. Instead, I will put it in what I think are the terms that matter most to people looking to use this product. Remember, everyone’s physique is different and I have a fairly intense workout and diet regimen so your results may vary dramatically. No, I am not affiliated with the maker of this product or Amazon or any muscle magazine or whatever. I don’t know if other shakes would give the same results since I don’t plan to switch.

This product, while smelling very chocolaty, tastes like unsweetened baking cocoa which isn’t good by any means. I’ve been using protein powder for at least 7 years now and use it everyday with breakfast. I know protein powder can taste pleasant if not good. There are better products available for those who plan on using a product every day and don’t care to take the time to blend in extra ingredients as I do.

I like this product a lot because of all the quality supplements that are included. This, however, is not the best tasting flavor. I bought it so that I wouldn’t be tired of the Double Rich Chocolate flavor. Turns out, I got tired of this flavor way earlier. Stick with Double Rich Chocolate.

I’ve had to buy an entire new wardrobe due to how swole I’ve become after using this fabulous product. However, this was marginal compared to the cost of rehabbing my house to expand doorways that my incredibly muscular bulk can no longer fit through.
